05 November 2026 - Three New Side Stall Games Have Arrived at Mr Rodeo!

We've got some new additions to the Mr Rodeo line-up, and this time there isn't a mechanical bull in sight! We're pleased to announce that we've added three interactive side stall games to our event entertainment range, giving customers even more choice for parties, corporate events, weddings, exhibitions and fun days.

Say hello to the 10 Second Challenge, Hole In One and Spot On Double Player Game. They're three very different activities, but they have something in common: simple rules, plenty of opportunities for friendly competition and that familiar feeling of wanting just one more go.

All three are now part of our new side stall games hire selection, available to enquire about for events throughout Yorkshire, Lincolnshire and nearby areas.

Meet the 10 Second Challenge: Ten Seconds to Get It Right

How difficult can it be to count to ten?

Quite difficult, apparently, when you're trying to stop a digital timer at exactly 10.00 seconds!

Our new 10 Second Challenge is a brilliantly straightforward game. Press the button to start the clock, watch the numbers and press again when you think you've reached precisely ten seconds.

Stop at 9.98 seconds and you've been a little too quick. Stop at 10.06 and you've waited slightly too long. The aim is to get as close to the target as possible, ideally landing right on 10.00.

The game comes with a leaderboard for recording the closest attempts, so guests can compare their results throughout the event.

One particularly useful feature is its power flexibility. The 10 Second Challenge can operate using mains electricity or a battery, giving organisers more options when choosing where to position it.

We think this one will be particularly popular at corporate fun days, exhibitions, promotional events and parties where guests enjoy a quick game with a clear target.

Hole In One: A Golf Game with a Difference

Our second new arrival brings a little golf to the party, although you won't need eighteen holes or a golf buggy.

The Hole In One is a timed putting game that combines accuracy with a digital scoring system. Players begin by sinking their opening putt, which starts the clock. They then need to successfully putt into all the remaining holes before time runs out.

As each putt is completed, diamonds on the display change from white to yellow, showing how far the player has progressed.

The game also keeps track of the high score. If a player matches or beats the current record, the display announces "Today's High Score". Players who complete all the required putts within the time limit without matching the record receive a "Game Over - Winner" message.

The high score resets when the game is switched off and back on, so each new powered session can begin with a fresh record.

Hole In One is an interesting addition for golf-themed events, company functions, exhibitions and sports celebrations. It also offers something different for guests who prefer a game of accuracy rather than a mechanical rodeo.

Spot On: Two Players, One Centre Target

Our third arrival is the one to choose when two people want to play together.

The Spot On Double Player Game features a colourful red-and-white carnival-style cabinet, illuminated playing tracks and two handheld controllers.

Each player tries to stop a fast-moving light exactly on the centre spot. The better they become, the faster the lights move, so getting the timing right becomes increasingly difficult.

It's a straightforward idea that works particularly well as a head-to-head activity. You can see what the other player is doing, follow the moving lights and find out who has the better timing.

Spot On also includes sound effects and a catchy tune, giving it the feel of a traditional arcade attraction.

We can see this being a popular choice for weddings, birthday parties, youth clubs, corporate celebrations and fun days, especially where organisers want activities that guests can enjoy together.

Why Have We Added Side Stall Games?

Mr Rodeo has always been associated with mechanical rodeo hire. From our traditional Rodeo Bull to the Rodeo Football and Rodeo Disco, our existing range provides different versions of a familiar attraction.

But not every event needs a large mechanical rodeo, and sometimes organisers want several smaller activities rather than one main piece of entertainment.

That's where the new games come in.

The 10 Second Challenge is all about judging the right moment. Hole In One tests putting accuracy. Spot On brings two people together for a game involving moving lights and increasingly precise timing.

They offer different experiences, which means customers can choose a game to suit their event or enquire about combining several attractions.

For example, a company fun day could include a leaderboard activity, a golf game and a two-player arcade attraction. A wedding could have a small games area for guests who want a break from the dance floor. An exhibition stand could use a short timing challenge to encourage visitor participation.

We're pleased to have more options to offer, and these three additions are a good starting point for our expanding games selection.
